About Eric Kline
Eric founded Kline Realty Partners in 2021 with the intention to work directly and transparently with RV Park owners. He has a background in raising capital for multifamily acquisitions, ground-up development, and refinancings. Before starting the company, Eric worked at PinPoint Commercial where he supported the capitalization and development of its seniors multifamily projects. Prior to PinPoint, he worked at Berkadia facilitating the firm’s capital brokerage activities; marketing and closing $300 million in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bank and preferred equity financings across acquisition and development situations. Eric built a foundation in finance in General Electric’s Financial Management Program with an audit specialty. Eric received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Eric sits on the board of the Collaborative for Children non-profit, which provides support and training for early childcare centers in the Houston-Galveston region.
